Refund Policy
How refunds work across our three engagement models.

Our pricing is designed to align our incentives with your outcomes, so the risk of paying for work that isn't delivered is low by design. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for each engagement model. The specific terms of your signed agreement take precedence over this summary.
Sprint-based engagements
Sprints are billed at a fixed weekly rate with committed features. Our core commitment is straightforward: if we don't ship the agreed features for a sprint, you don't pay for that sprint. You can stop after any sprint, so you are never locked into work that isn't delivering value.
Fixed-cost engagements
Fixed-cost projects are billed against agreed milestones. Fees for completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable, as the work has been delivered. Amounts paid in advance for work not yet started may be refundable, less any costs already incurred, as set out in your agreement.
Dedicated / hourly engagements
Dedicated team and hourly engagements are billed in arrears for time actually worked, with transparent time tracking. Because you only pay for time already delivered, refunds are generally not applicable; you can adjust scope or end the engagement under the notice terms in your agreement.
