Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Speed AI Labs for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services. Specific engagements are also governed by a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Our services
Speed AI Labs provides AI product engineering and software development services for healthcare. We offer three engagement models: fixed cost (scoped features at an agreed price), sprint-based (a weekly rate with committed features per sprint), and dedicated or hourly teams billed monthly. The scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in the relevant agreement or statement of work.
Intellectual property and ownership
On full payment, ownership of the source code, deliverables, and associated intellectual property created specifically for your engagement transfers to you, with no background-IP or licensing dependencies on us, unless your agreement states otherwise. This website's content and branding remain our property.
Payment
Fees, invoicing, and payment terms are defined in your engagement agreement. For sprint-based work, our commitment is simple: if we don't ship the agreed features for a sprint, you don't pay for that sprint.
Warranties and disclaimer
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement, this website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, clinical, or regulatory advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability in respect of paid engagements is governed by the limitations set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless your engagement agreement specifies otherwise.
